In mythology, the tears of the Phoenix had the power to heal, to cure the sick, to revive the mortally wounded. We profess to have no such power, yet we can in our own small way help those who need it and perhaps change things for the better, if only for a short while. Are we doing all we can, of course not; Yet we are trying. The Phoenix, as a franchise, will continue to support and provide help through our charitable events in many different ways whenever we can. There are so many good causes, and good people who are out there trying to make this world a little more comfortable, a little less sick. We only wish to compliment that, and as the time rolls by perhaps we can become the symbol other franchises look up to when it comes to community events, and public works. Our tears are unable to heal, but they can help.
